Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged the full session fee. In the event of sudden illness or emergency, please reach out — exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrival Policy: I do my best to give you your full session time, but if you arrive after your scheduled start time I cannot guarantee it. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee applies. If you're running late, shoot me a message — I'll always do what I can. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. You're welcome to pay online when you book or in person at your appointment — whichever works best for you. I accept major credit cards, cash, venmo, and zelle. Deposits are not required to reserve your appointment. Health Intake & Contraindications: A brief health intake is part of every new client appointment. Please complete your intake form honestly and thoroughly — certain health conditions, medications, and recent injuries affect how I work with your body and whether massage is appropriate at a given time. If you have any concerns about whether massage is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. Scope of Practice: Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. I am a licensed massage therapist, not a physician. If you have a medical condition, please work with your healthcare provider alongside any massage therapy you receive. Draping Policy: Professional draping is maintained at all times during your session. Only the area being worked on is undraped. Your comfort and safety are the priority, and you may request additional coverage at any time. Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, undisclosed contraindications, or circumstances that compromise the safety or comfort of either party. Full payment applies to any session discontinued for behavioral reasons. Gratuity: Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. If you'd like to leave a tip, you're welcome to do so in cash or through your online payment at checkout.
